Our Guarantee

Everything we sell is guaranteed to be as described on this website and our written sales receipt. Any repair or restoration which, in our opinion, has an effect on an item's monetary value is noted. Obvious signs of use or age are generally omitted. Should we have missed a significant problem, we will take the item back for a full refund of its purchase price. Refund is strictly limited to the amount of the purchase price.

Approval Terms

All items purchased from us via our website or in person are sold on 72-hour approval from receipt except by prior agreement. All sales are final after that time. However, our guarantee remains in place permanently.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and transactions via PayPal from our secure website. We also accept cashier's and personal checks by prior agreement. We offer a layaway program and an extended payment plan on more expensive items.

Shipping

We offer free, fully insured shipping via UPS on all domestic U.S. (continental 48 states) orders except supplies (a flat $10 shipping fee is added at checkout) and orders to be shipped outside the United States.

Everything we offer can be shipped safely; you pay only our cost when shipping overseas. We will contact you after you submit your order to arrange shipping.

Trade-In Policy (Decoys Only)

After two years, we will accept back any decoy you have purchased from us in trade for a more expensive decoy that we own. We will give you credit for your full purchase price against the retail price of our decoy.

We offer this policy to assist you in building a better collection. This also provides a good source of material for us, because newer collectors want your less expensive decoys. The expectation is that sufficient time will have passed to have allowed your decoy to increase in value, making this an attractive policy for both of us.
